Lift or tilt the mouse to instantly double the functionality! The heart of the MiniPRO 2s portability and versatility is our Lift & Click technology. All four functions of the MiniPRO 2 are programmable for optimal use with Mac OS X Expose and Microsoft Windows.

The MiniPRO 2 Mouse appears to be a two-button mouse, but it in fact has four programmable buttons.

The two buttons of the mouse perform different actions depending whether the mouse is on the surface or is lifted or tilted :

The large front button performs left mouse clicks.
The small rear button performs context menu functions.
When the mouse is lifted or tilted off the surface, the large front button performs button four clicks.
When the mouse is lifted from the surface, the small rear button performs button five clicks.
The computer response associated to fourth and fifth button clicks depends on the application, or how the mouse is prammed within the operating system, or how our mouse driver is configured.

Upgraded to 800 DPI, the MiniPRO 2s new optical sensor provides cursor control twice as precise as the original MiniPRO. This means less movement of the mouse, making it easy to use with a laptop on a plane or even a cluttered desk.

Molded with a rubberized texture, the MiniPRO 2 may be small, but it will never slip away. The superior grip offered by the rubber coating offers great control, which is especially useful with the new optical sensor.

Keeping with its predecessor, the MiniPRO 2 is compact and travel worthy, easily fitting into its protective Pack-N-Go case and slipping into a briefcase or pocket to go where ever it is needed.

The Contour MiniPRO 2 Mouse's small footprint makes it an ideal mouse for use "on the road". This is why we put so much emphasis on the design of the "Pack N' Go" case. If you keep and properly use the "Pack N' Go" travel case, you will minimize the risk of bending, twisting, or kinking your mouse cord while traveling.
